Building skills and regional capacity
The short regional camps feature individual themes that allow young people to explore intercultural issues in a regional context. The program reinforces core CISV values, builds leadership and organizational skills, while promoting continued CISV involvement.

| Size of group | Approximately 25-35 participants plus staff. People under 16 travel in delegations with an adult leader (age 21+) |
Program Fees
- Chapter membership fee of $100 (family) or $50 (individual);
- Chapter fee of $300 towards the costs of hosting programs in Ottawa;
- CISV Canada and CISV International fee of $330 (8 days) or $475 (15 days); and
- Airfare and related travel costs* (e.g., travel insurance, visas, local transportation) due upon chapter billing; and
- Delegate’s share of the leader’s training, airfare, and related travel costs* if delegate is under 16.
*Travel costs will vary depending on travel destination. Applicants must be prepared to pay for any of the potential travel destinations for the program to which they are applying.
