CISV Ottawa will:

only collect personal information that is needed for CISV operations and alumni contact;

will dispose of personal information that is no longer needed in a timely way;

make any personal information that it holds accessible to the person involved or his/her parent or guardian in the case of a minor;

not share information with outside agencies; and

develop and keep current any processes needed to implement this policy.
