The event starts off with the CISV Ottawa Annual General Meeting.
As soon as the AGM wraps, we start the notary signing with each delegation having a turn getting their forms verified and notarized. All travelling delegations need to come to this event to get their forms checked & notarized. Both parents must attend and must bring ID and their child’s passport. Passports will be handed over to the leaders at this time. If your child is participating in an international program this summer, but you cannot come, you need to work with your program coordinator to review all forms online. You must arrange to have legal forms notarized, and submit originals of notarized forms to your coordinator.
To keep us all amused until the last form is signed, the Junior Branch will organize some fun games. Maybe some delegations can even lead us in an energizer or fun song?
