Fall camp is right around the corner, so get your record players out and your jetpacks on because for this minicamp we are going BACK TO THE FUTURE! That’s right, our theme this year is PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE. Everyone age 10+ is welcome to join us for tons of fun!

Important Information:
When: October 18-20, 2019
Where: Christie Lake Kids @ 1264 Althorpe Road, Westport.
Dropoff: 5-5:15pm, Friday, October 18th at the Walmart parking lot of Billings Bridge (a bus will take participants from dropoff to camp). Please eat a snack before boarding the bus as dinner won’t be served right away!
Pickup: 12:30 pm at the Walmart parking lot of Billings Bridge.

Cost: $100 per participant, for each additional participant from the same family there will be a $10 discount (e.g. $100 for child 1, $90 for child 2, $80 for child 3). We don’t want finance to prevent participants from coming to camp, so if it is a concern please contact your local junior representatives (LJRs) at jb.chair@cisvottawa.ca and they’ll help in any way they can. Payment can be made by e-transfer to jb.treasurer@cisvottawa.ca. Include a comment saying “Minicamp for first_last, first_last, etc.”.
Note: You are required to be a member or trial member to attend mini-camp. Membership and participant registration fees must be paid BEFORE getting on the bus to camp!

We also need lots of adult volunteers to run a successful camp, so anyone over the age of 19 is eagerly invited to sign up to VOLUNTEER HERE. We encourage all leaders that went on a camp this past summer to attend this minicamp to reconnect with your delegates. (please sign up using the volunteer button above).
